Hi, my name is John F. Kennedy, and I’m here to tell you about my life and what happened in it. First, I was born in Brooklin, Massachusetts, on May 29, 1917. was the second child out of 9 children. Now let’s move on to the important things in my life. First I went on a road trip with one of my friends named K. Lemoyne and when we got back joined the military. In World War II I was assigned PT boat 109 which was hit by a Japanese destroyer. I saved most of my crew including myself. After the war I was awarded the Navy and Marine Corp medal and I earned the Purple Heart for my bravery and courage back then. In 1944 my brother Joseph P. Kennedy died in a bombing mission. Then I wrote two books Why England Slept and I wrote Profiles in Courage. Then in 1935 I got a disease called jaundice. Then in 1953 I married a beautiful lady named Jacqueline Bouvier on September 12. Also in my life I ran for vice president in 1956 and lost. My daughter Caroline Kennedy was born on November 25, 1957. Then something really exciting happened in my life, I was elected President of the United States and my son John F. Kennedy, Jr. was born on November 25. Then in 1963 I gave my famous speech in Berlin, Germany, which was “Ich bi ein Berliner.” Also in 1963 on November 22 was one of the saddest days of my life when I was shot in Dallas, Texas by a man who they assume shot me called Lee Harvey Oswald |
