Below you can play one of seventeen videos that reside in the Living Museum. Each year at Robinson Barracks, the fifth grade class is involved in a very special project called The Living Museum Project. The students pick a person from history (their teacher emphasizes that this person is totally the student’s choice) and become that person in full costume. |
| The students research their person from history using the Information Center and the Internet. After they have completed their research of facts and costume, they write their biographies using the computer. | |||
The students memorize their speeches (no fancy teleprompters for these students), and the students video each others’ speeches with assistance from the school’s Educational Technologist, the school’s Information Specialist, and their classroom teachers. |
